The mother and father of Gabby Petito filed a $50 million wrongful loss of life lawsuit in opposition to the Moab Metropolis Police Division claiming its officers have been negligent once they encountered the 22-year-old and her fiancé Brian Laundrie two weeks earlier than her loss of life final summer time.
